The last few months have been very exciting, as I have served as your Criminal Court Judge. We are working very hard to eliminate the backlog of cases that existed when I took over in August of last year. We have already made significant progress and plan to have all the old cases dealt with before the end of this year.

I enjoy working with the two other Criminal Court Judges as we work together to better serve the people of Knox County. Please feel free to come visit my court and see for yourself how things are going. If you can't personally come to court, I would encourage you to ask anyone you know that works in the field of criminal law about the progress that is being made in Division II.
